José Maria de Mello Firmo

Mr. José Firmo has over 30 (thirty) years of experience in the Oil field Services industry. After starting his career in the oil industry in 1988, at Tratex, Mr. Firmo joined Schlumberger Limited, in 1992, where he held numerous of roles of increasing responsibility, ranging from Field Engineer Offshore Brazil, Field Manager in North and South America, Segment Global Human Resources Director, Vice President of Operations Latin America, and President of Schlumberger Brazil. Mr. Firmo served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Seadrill in the Western Hemisphere from 2014 to 2019. In addition, Mr. Firmo served President of IBP – Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels from 2017 to 2019 and President of ABESPETRO – Brazilian Association of Companies of Services in the Oil and Gas Sector from 2016 to 2017. Since 2019 to 2023, Mr. Firmo has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Porto do Açu, a subsidiary of PRUMO Holding investment. In January 2024, he assumed the role of CEO of the Company. Mr. Firmo is originally from Rio de Janeiro. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Rafael Procaci da Cunha

He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ and an MBA in business management from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia – USA. He also attended the post-graduation course “Emerging CFO Program: Strategic Financial Leadership Program” from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, USA. He is certified by the IBGC Councilor Certification Program (CCI) in Corporate Governance by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBCG). Began his career as an investment analyst in a private equity fund managed by Banco Opportunity, where he participated in several projects in the infrastructure sector, having actively participated in the negotiations with Petrobras that gave rise to the Production Agreement and the Company. He joined the Company in October 2003.

Troy Patrick Finney

He is an U.S. citizen, resident in Brazil, with a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Denver, both in the United States of America. He began his career at Amoco in the State of Colorado, USA, where he held various roles related to the operation and management of oil and natural gas fields and reservoirs between 1988 and 1994. In 1995, he joined PetroSantander Inc., a company that operates several oil and natural gas fields in the USA, Colombia, Romania and Brazil (through its interest in PetroReconcavo S.A.), one of the founding members of the Company that currently belongs to its economic group. At PetroSantander Inc., he held various roles related to the management of the operations, including the position of Vice President of Engineering for International Operations. He also participated in several field evaluations for acquisitions, including the fields that the Company currently operates. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 1999 to 2001 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 2002 to 2019.

João Vitor Moreira

He holds a degree in Oil Engineering from Vila Velha University – UVV in Espírito Santo and MBA in IESE Business School. He has 14 years of professional experience, having joined the Company as a Trainee Engineer in 2011.

Dennys Moreira de Campos

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá, UNIFEI, and an MBA in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University), Certificates in Organizational Leadership and Leadership, Ethics and Corporate Accountability from Havard Business School. With more than 28 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, he began his career as a field engineer at Schlumberger, where he held various managerial and technical roles in different regions, including Brazil, Congo, Guinea Equatorial, the United Kingdom, France, Mexico, and the United States.

Felipe Wigg de Araujo

He holds a degree in Production Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He began his career at Accenture as a process consultant, worked at Nokia as head of the PMO of projects in Latin America and then at Singtel in Singapore in digital commerce projects. He worked for 9 years at McKinsey, working on several projects for large corporations in Latin America, North America and Europe aiming to transform operations and organizations. Worked at YDUQS for the last 4 years, leading the area of People and Management, Integration, Procurement, Legal and Strategic Projects. He joined the Company in January 2023.
