Shareholders’ Income Statements will be available exclusively on the Digital Correspondence Portal of Itaú Unibanco as of February 27, 2026. To access the document, please follow the instructions below:

Itaú Account Holders (Portuguese only): Visit www.itau.com.br and enter your branch number, checking account number and electronic password. Then go to: “Conta Corrente” > “Declaração do Imposto de Renda” > “Informe de Rendimentos”.

Itaú Non-Account Holders (Portuguese only): Access https://correspondenciasdigitais.itau.com.br/login and select the “Primeiro Acesso” option to complete your registration and obtain the document.
